Enter the Dragon (Yellow Dragon)

Yellow Dragon, just slightly under-ripe. Pretty neat looking....

P.S. I'm not sure if I should be starting new threads for pics like this or drop them into one of my other threads. Mods, let me know if you'd rather me do the latter...

Beautiful tomato. How is the taste?

I've only eaten one, and I found it a little weird. It was my first ever taste of a full sized yellow tomato, so take it with a grain of salt. The one I tasted was sweet, with very low acid and a strange fruity flavor that reminded me of something...but I can't quite place it. To me, it didn't taste all that much like a tomato. It wasn't bad, just different. I'll taste this one soon and try to describe it better at that time.

So we ate that mater tonight. I'm coming around a bit. This one had a little more tomato flavor than the first one I ate. Still a little sweet for my taste and again, a slightly odd fruity flavor that I still can't quite describe...

Great flavor for me. I am not a big fan of yellows but this is a winner in my book.
