Brown/black spot on leaves of gerbera daisy- I'm clueless!

Hello all,
I just started getting into gardening this summer and since I'm in an apartment, I've been sticking to container gardening. I am really needing some help with my gerbera daisy! I'm in NW Georgia and the daisy can get full sun or partial shade, depending on where I put it. Lately it's been getting full sun. I've been watering every day.

Everything was going well until I accidentally left it in a hot hot car all day. :( When I got to the car the lone daisy was keeled over and looking pathetic. I watered it back to health but the spot where it keeled over turned brown and wouldn't stand up, so I cut that daisy off. Then two more bulbs bloomed, and now they are looking great.

I explain all that hoping it gives good background info for my problem. Lately I've noticed the leaves have developing black and/or brown sports on it, like the leaf is being eaten or something. I've inspected for visible insects and see none; I also don't see any type of fuzzy mold like I've read about. I read somewhere to try cleaning them with a detergent/baking soda mist, so I've been doing that about every other day.

Does anyone know what's going on? I'd love to save my daisy, even after all I've put it through. :)

Here are some pictures..

Sorry to hear you never got a response. I likewise have a similar issue and wasn't sure if I should cut the affected leaves off or not. From what I've read, it may be due to using cold water to water your plant or from water splashing on the leaves while watering. Here's a photo of ours:

FYI, and here's one link I used for more info to help diagnose. I'm hoping to now use room temperature water and see if that helps.
