Can You Please ID This Flower?

Please ID flower in attachment. My wife thinks it is a Moon Flower. She found it on Kam Hway on Oahu, HI.

Moonflowers are white, bloom at night and grow on vines. That looks like a type of trumpet flower but I could be wrong.

I think it is cup of gold. It is a vining plant. The flowers are seasonal. The flower you have looks a bit old. but the shape and stamens look right. They start off a buttercup yellow and get darker with age and they have those brown lines separating the petals in the cup.
