Does anyone know who carries the Rum Runner Hibiscus in AZ?

I've been on a quest for the Rum Runner Hibiscus in Phoenix & haven't had much luck with the nurseries I've contacted. They don't carry them & won't special order. Would anyone have an idea how I can find a nursery that would carry the Rum Runner in the general area?
