Container flower ID?

I bought a couple cheap hanging flower pots from wallyworld, they said "loves shade" so figure perfect for my covered balcony, we had a heat wave, and they lost all their flowers, have basically been bushes for 2 weeks.

Just yesterday one had one flower open, today, around 10-12, I threw the tags away like a dummy. Now that its flowering again, I figure someone could maybe ID them from a photo. I'm assuming its also root bound, it has huge 'stems' coming from the soil, but the leaves look healthy, and its flowering again, I've been hitting with with water regularly now and liquid rose nutrients
