Goldenchain Tree (Laburnum anagyroides vossi)

Can anyone advise me regarding Goldenchain Tree (Laburnum anagyroides vossi) ?

I was planning to plant yellow wisteria with some trellises against my fence.
However, I found that what I was actually looking for was not wisteria but 'Goldenchain Tree.'

Does this grow well into trellises - considering it is a 'tree' and not a climbing vine?
I have seen them made into archways before. Do they flower as long as wisteria does?

Perhaps someone more knowledgable can advise.
