Brightside Shasta Daisy

I have a small perennial garden and I am completely new (my first flower garden) This year I planted Black Eyed Susans, snowcap shasta daisies, brightside shasta daisies, daylilies, and a few annuals in there. My question is my shasta brightside daisies never bloomed. The foliage is green but kind of floppy. They are in a part of my garden that gets a lot of shade. Is this why? My blacked eyed susans are in full sun and they have grown like crazy with tons of blooms on them. I actually put these on the first row not knowing they got so tall. I plan on moving them this fall. Anyway, if I move my brightside shastas where the black eyed susans are do you think they will come back next year and grow very well? (this area gets 6 hours of full sun)

Thank you - I will move the daisies to the front where they will receive 6 hours a day. Thanks!
