Advice with this planter

I need some advice on this planter. I think these were made by the owner. I saw them at a house and snapped a picture of them because I LOVE it and want to try and make them. I was wondering if anyone has ever seen something like this before. Or does anyone have any sugestions how to go about making this?

Sure I do. See at the top where you can just see the stake behind the leaves. The pots have water/air holes in the bottom. Find a piece of rebar and the pots you'd like to use. The pots are threaded onto the rebar, largest at the bottom etc. Design empty of course, then fill the pots with soil, seeds and love..

Happy designing..

Ok, so I use a bar to thread them on it, but how do they stay in place? I would think they would slide around. Does it need to be like cemented or anything? Have you done something like this before? Or do you know where I could maybe find some more detailed instructions?
