Needing advice one what flowers come back every year?
Is anyone able to help me out?

There's bazillion flowers/ornamentals that return every year. They're "perennials". It'd be impossible to list them all here, and in all humility, I don't even think I could list all the perennials I have in my garden.
Your very best bet is to either locate some books in the library, bookstore or online that deal w/perennials for your area. (Not all perennials are hardy in all zones or parts of the country.)
Better yet - and even easier to do from the comfort of your own chair - is to do a Google search using that same criteria.
Beware! You're entering into an addictive form of gardening.
Trust me.
