Morning Glory Leaves Turned Yellow

Hello. Very suddenly multiple leaves near the base of my ipomea tricolor have turned yellow, and I don't know what's causing it. I haven't changed my watering or anything. Does anyone have any ideas?

I'll give it some fertilizer and see what happens.
Nitrogen (N)
Symptoms: Older leaves, generally at the bottom of the plant, will yellow. Remaining foliage is often light green. Stems may also yellow and may become spindly. Growth slows.
