What kind of plant is this?

It grows to cover the ground, spreads quickly, only directly rooted to one spot, has small green leaves, and the flowers are circular and orange and red.

Portulaca? Or possibly Delosperma or Carpobrotus. If you can show us a picture it will be a lot easier to ID for you.
