Newbie and Sunflowers
Can anyone tell me if it is better to plant Junior or dwarf sunflowers indoors better then outdoors? Or Does it even make a difference?

Not entirely clear what you are asking. Are you asking about starting the seeds indoors to be moved out later? Or about growing them entirely indoors?
Anyway if your weather is warm enough and you have space, I think it is better to just plant them directly in the ground. They are quick sprouting and fast growing, so they don't need the headstart of being started indoors. And that way they are already adapted to the conditions, don't have to go through being hardened off and transplanted.
