Ooops! I planted in the wrong place

I planted some salsa purple salvia and just realized it can't be there and I need to move it. Is it possible to do that without killing them? They were just put in this evening.

Oh sure! If you just planted it today, it is not at all rooted in to that spot, so very easy to move. If it were rooted in, you could still move it, would just have to be a little more careful about digging it up.

I'm constantly moving plants around in my garden.
