My Unknown Bulbs?

I have obtained a bunch of unknown bulbs from a friends friend of a friend lol she said she has no clue what they are and said she never planted them before because she didn't know what they were and thought I might do something with them.

I don't know how old they are or how long she's had them so I don't even know if they will grow or not... but figured I'd give it a go. Since I don't know what kind of bulb they are then how do I know where and how to plant them?

Without identification, I would say plant them in a full or mostly full sun area (there aren't a lot of shade bulbs) at a depth of about three times the width of the bulb, in rich soil.

Spring bulbs, which are the commonest ones are usually planted in fall. If these are bulbs like tulips or daffodils, they would be better off stored in a cool dry place until fall and planted then. The other possibility would be to plant them in a container in moist potting soil, cover the whole thing with plastic and then put it in the freezer for 6 weeks. It needs the cold damp dormancy (just putting the dry bulbs in the freezer doesn't get it).

Those are some photos of the bulbs... I'm wondering if they are even good still to plant O.o

I don't have a clue I was just jumping threw the forum. So plant in a pot and see what pops up or if. At least in a pot you can control it if you don't want it.
