Help: Mealy bugs killing my plants

Hello Fellow Gardeners,

I am having lot of trouble with Mealy bugs that are white in color. It is sucking away all the nutrition from my plants, making the plants get dried up and killing them. They have so far attacked by hibiscus (show flower), table rose, geranium and I fear which is in the row next. They seem to be having a good time feeding on any plant that comes in its way.

Can anyone please suggest the best natural remedy/or any chemical pesticides that can help me get rid of these.

P.S: I would also like to know how to get rid of red and black ants.

Best regards,
Pinky
