Hello everyone! I came into the forum briefly back in October but didn't spend the time here that I need to, and would like. Hope your winter and Holidays were nice and peaceful.

I asked a question about Autumn Blaze Maples and received a nice reponse on how far to plant them from one another - thank you!

However, I do have a question on when to plant them. With Spring approaching could this be a good time? What temp should I wait to plant them in?

Thanks so much!

Welcome back!! As long as your soil isn't frozen it's ok to plant. The idea is not to wait until hot weather as the trees could become stressed from the heat. Do you need sites on how to do this, mulch and water?

Kathio, sorry for the delay with the links but I've been ill and not able to get on the computer. Here's how to plant, check the rootflare, water and mulch. I'll even throw in how to prune for when the time comes. :)
