Help ID'ing this flower please! (Balloon Flower)

I bought this from a discount nursery but I'm not sure what it is. It seems to be doing ok, but I don't know what to compare it to bc I don't know what it is!!

It has big blue star shaped flowers that open up, they come and go...but look nice when they are there

Thank you!!

It looks like platycodon grandiflorus (balloon flower). If so, it's a perennial, 2 to 3 feet tall. Full sun to part shade.

I have purple balloon flowers, and white ones. It's the second year for the white one, and they are just starting to come back. I hope it grows a few feet. Last year it didn't grow very tall, it stayed low to the ground. I had to prop it up with some large stones.
