Why won't my morning glories grow?

I keep planting morning glory seeds for my arbor but they never seem to grow. I think at best one year I got one or two small vines that produced one flower a piece.

What am I doing wrong?

So the seeds didn't germinate or they did sprout but then didn't do anything?

Morning glory seeds need to be soaked overnight in warm water before you plant them. Once sprouted they need full sun, at least 6 hrs per day.

Don't know what happened to yours with out knowing more of the conditions you were growing them in (sun exposure, soil type/ fertility, etc). Morning glories usually are pretty easy and not prone to pests or diseases.
