How do I fix impatients with yellow leaves and brown spots?

My impatients have alot of yellow leaves with brown spots. What is wrong?? And is there anything I can do to help?

I am not certain this is a the cause but impatients prefer shade so they could be getting too much sun and getting burned.

I planted them in the same part shade areas that I did last year and I don't remember having this problem. We have had alot of rain and I wondered if maybe they are getting too much water. Do impatients get rust? Would an antifungal help?
