when I moved into my new home I hedged an evergreen and moments after I reliazed it was a mistake.
Now three years later the shrub hasn't grown up like the others and it is much wider. They are off balance and I need help to determine if I should replace the three with the same shrub or of different. It is a house on a corner ct Any advice appreciated based off attached image.

You are talking about the short one under the window? You wouldn't want it growing up over the window. If it were as tall as the others, that window would be completely blocked. Personally, if it were me, I would cut them all off even with the short one, make a nice little hedge row and (visually) open up the house entrance a bit.
Just as a landscaping/ design issue, if you look at the second picture, you can't even see your front door. It looks like the house has no entrance - unwelcoming. I might paint the door, all the framing around those two windows on the porch, and maybe the stair railings all (the same) contrasting color, like maybe a nice blue.
Here's a couple threads we've had about landscaping around your front door, to make the entrance more visible and welcoming.
