More info would be helpful. Are they getting brown spots that spread, or starting at the tips? Is the whole leaf turning brown? What kind of lighting does it have? What is your watering schedule like? How damp does the soil stay or do you let it dry out? Do you mist it?

I agree with Fem though it sounds like it's getting too much water. I let my soil dry before watering, almost to the point of wilting. Don't let the pot sit in a saucer of water for more then 15 minutes or so.

Mine get to the point of wilting too, but thats just because I forget to water them sometimes  Overwatering generally causes the leaves to turn yellow before turning brown. Lack of moisture/water causes them to just go straight to brown. Thats why more information would be helpful. Also, fertilizer or lack there of could cause a problem.
I've found that my plants like to be kept damp, and do particularly well in more humid spots in the house (right now they are in a bathroom, both for humidity and for cat protection). I've found that the two-piece clay pots meant to keep things moist but not wet for longer periods of time work very well with my plants. I'm not sure what the pots are called.
