Placing plants in garden:?:

I'm just not sure about how to place the shrubs and flowers in my garden. Is there a certain arrangement I should follow or does anything go. These are some of the plants that I purchased at my local garden center: Dwarf Boxleaf Euonymus, Goldmound Spirea, Tiger Lillies, and Mexican Heather. I would also like some ideas of what other type of small annual flowers I could use as filler.

Look at the eventual heights and widths of the plants you purchased (usually on the tag); big to the back, litlle to the front. Need more info on where you live to help with other plants...
