I can't seem to post a picture

I can get a picture to appear in my post. I can add the file and I see the FILENAME and the SIZE, but then what tdo I do?
I don't see an add file to post and hitting submit does not add the picture.
Please help, I need to show off my wifes green thumb

Click the very small hard to see word in the RED circle that says, attachments.
Then Click, add files.
Then find the photo on your computer then click it.
Then click submit.

One wonders why web page designers would make important things small and hard to see.

Pictures may have to be resized to fit. It you took the picture with your phone you may have to edit and save it so it does not turn up upside down or sideways.
