I'm quite busy right now with lots growing. Let's get to it with some pictures
Here is my spinach bin
I've already harvest several leaves for a salad and again for pizza, forgot to get pictures, though.
Purple flowers are forming on the peas
Beets are growing well
Broccoli head is forming
Onions sprouts have been going for a couple weeks now
And the carrots I started back in September are almost ready
I pulled one from the ground already and it was a little too small, they could use a few more weeks at least.
This time of year is mostly container gardening, too many slugs are out and about with the rain and the longer nights. Almost everything I planted directly in the ground has long since been chewed up.

Looking good! In areas like yours, winter is a great time to grow the cool weather veg. Here, it just gets too cold and practically everything freezes to even overwinter, let alone grow.
Which purple variety carrot are you growing? I’m trying to decide which variety — I’m reading conflicting flavor descriptions — some say sweet others say spicy. I need sweet ones or the kids will never eat them.

The carrots are the carnival blend from botanical interests

They are a sweet variety that I look forward to putting in a stew.
