Yes, that is a cake pan. Trying to get started didn't go as planned. I couldn't find my small green house starter, and my peat pellets had managed to find some water at some point while I had them stored away. It took about two days for them to get up to size, and some of them haven't fully expanded, but I figured I'd better start anyway.

Just got my seeds into a starter. Pretty excited because I've managed to wriggle a little more balcony space from my wife for growing some plants. (I might start some garlic inside in some small pots as well.)

Only a few days after putting them in the starter and I've already got a few poking roots out of the seeds! I've already got at least 4 of my okra showing promise. Which is great! I'm hoping to have somewhere between 6-10 okra. At least 3 of the tomatoes are poking through as well. I should have my heirlooms and pepperoncini in the mail pretty soon. So I can get those started right away as well!
