Flying insect question

Have some very, very small flying black insects in my newest garden section. I planted my strawberry's their. Need to know what they are and what to do or if it's nothing to worry about. Uploaded a pic of one, clearest as I can get. Didn't see them in my other small garden that I did a few weeks ago.
Thanks

I can't see any detail in your picture, and there is nothing in the pic for a size reference. No one will be able to give you even a tentative ID. If you're sure it's not a regular fruit fly, google pictures of a fungus gnat and see if that's what it is.

Its not worry thing. There is not any problem for that. But be aware
You can use insect killer spray in your garden.
