The Mother of all Persian cucumbers

I had no idea they could get this big! It looks at first glance like a supermarket cuke. I can barely accept that I missed seeing this monster for a week or more. There's been a lot of disruption of routine in the last few weeks, but still! Hopefully, the plant won't decide it's set seed and die off.

Maybe, just maybe, this thing might not be too bitter to eat, but I'm not counting on it.

They're delicious, but I suspect this one is going to be quite bitter, being way overgrown.
