My greenhouse project so far
And today over the day, I had 4 seedlings sprout!! Very excited! !
Swiss chard
Pok choy
Cucumber
And spinach
None of these seedling were there this morning. Cool to see things starting to grow!

Lots growing and sprouting at the moment, added some starts yesterday. Added sweet peppers, bell peppers, cilantro, sweet basil, zucchini, spaghetti squash, and a tamato plant.
When I planted seeds, I put several in each hole. Now looks like I several seeds sprouting within inch or so of each other. Should I kill some of them off or leave them alone? Examples below.

You have a mixed bag of seeds there and you will find that some of them won't be suitable for growing in the heat of the summer. But no matter, this is a great start and learning experience. Take good notes: Keep track of temperatures day/night and how long it took for them to sprout for future reference.
In case of multiples, some seedlings are tough and can be separated after good watering, while others have brittle roots and will require a delicate touch, Squash and cucumbers need to be separated before true leaves start to grow because once the roots start to branch, they will quickly entangle each other and their roots are brittle. Swiss chard with fibrous roots can be pulled apart pretty easily.

Thanks for the reply applestar, with the late start I wanted to just try a mix of plants from seed to see how and what with each. Also wanted to start growing with what I had available so I could learn on the job so to speak. For example when I found my spinach turning yellow, I had to research the problem, and found most likely I was dealing with a nitrogen deficiency. I gave the spinach a drink of some nitrogen fertilizer, and by the end of the day they had darg green throughout they veins slowly spreading into the leaves. At this point I tossed the fertilizer packs that came with my planters, gave them a few day of straight water, then yesterday stared them on alaksa fish fertilizer, and will give that once a week. My cilantro has gone into summer stage so no longer good for eating, I'm letting it go to seed so I can harvest the coriander seeds for picking my dill sprouted last week , more bell peppers starting. If I can keep the zucchini plant next to the peppers from over growing them. I'm going to attempt a trellis, to tame it. All in all it is a lot of fun so far!!
