Help! Why is my sweet pepper plant wilted?

Hi. I'm a TX back yard gardener. All 6 of my other pepper plants In This bed are healthy and producing. My sweet pepper plant is wilted, even at night, and the peppers have been stunted and browning. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Hi Debi, Wouldn't mind seeing a picture. Is there a differents in the soil or the amount of sun between these plants.
I'd go with a bit of shading.
Will you open one of the peppers that is brown and look for signs of disease. I could be that sweet pepper is more sensitive to the Texas sun. What variety of pepper is it, have you grown it before? Let us know. Talk to you then.
