Seed Fermentation Process

This morning I rinsed and saved some Brandywine Pink seed that I had been fermenting. This is the first year I've tried fermentation. Although I've done it for all 6 varieties I have grown this year, I still marvel at it's simplicity and effectiveness.
I learned how from a thread I saw on HG but now I can't find it. I wanted to give the post a bump so new members could see it and also use fermentation to save this year's seed.
If you know where the link is, please post it for others to see. It's too good not to share. Thank You.

I just now stickied this one because it has some additional info that might be pertinent PLUS - couple of links one of which might be the one you are talking about:

I finally found the post that prompted me to try fermentation.

I tried this experiment:

1 - Tomato ripened on the vine. Seeds squeezed, rinsed and saved.

2 - Tomato ripened on the vine. Tomato squeezed and left in bowl to ferment.

3 - Tomato ripened on the vine. Left to freeze on vine for several days. Then thawed and fermented in a bowl.

I tested viability with 3 mediums of soil.

1 - 6 containers with just peat moss

2 - 6 containers with 50/50 peat and sea soil.

3 - Just sea soil.

I planted 2 seeds from the 3 methods in the 3 different types of soil. (one seed per container)
The first ones up were the sea soil and then the 50/50 mix then the straight pest.
The ones that froze on the vine came in first place and are still winning the race for the sky.

So the straight soil and the frozen Tomato wins this test...

Oh and I had 100 present germination except for the seeds I washed with out fermenting they where
