Need help with black spot fungus on roses

I have three rose bushes all in their second year. They have grown and bloomed extremely well. Until now. It started with my Pink bush, black spot took it down to the bare stems. I cut and pruned any bad areas, then cleaned around the bush. Now it has started to grow back with minor infections. My other two bushes have now been infected and are almost bare. How can I rid and prevent this devastating infection?

You did exactly the right things. I would now visit your local horticultural sundries outlet and ask for a suitable fungicide to apply as per instructions on the container. I would drench the remaining wood and the surrounding ground.
