rose planting

hi all-Its been in the 80's here and high 60's at night-is it too hot to plant new rose bushes?

I would think not if container grown and can be planted without disturbing the root system. Prepare the planting hole well adding moisture retentive organic matter (well rotted fym or garden compost); plant in the evening or a cloudy day; plant firmly; water the rose while in it's container and also water in after planting to settle the soil aroung the root ball.
