New home came with new rose bush! pics

Hello all, we have a new home, yipee! And with it a new rose bush. We are delighted as the previous home owners must've known what they were doing to maintain this rose bush. However, we do not. I've attached some pictures for all to look at, please help us make sure we give this beautiful plant the proper care!
