Can we save this rose?!

Hi!
We moved our rose, which was originally planted in the shade against our garage (planted by a previous owner), during spring. Sadly not long after we had a lot of snow and the plant doesn't seem to have recovered. It literally has no leaves! There's a hint of new growth, although it's been little more than that for the past month
Is there anything that could bring it back to life?
