Welcome to the forum, Gatebay. I thought they start off as mauve color and age to a slate blue. Do you know the pH of your soil? It should be slightly acidic.

We just had some one write in about various flowers that were colored becoming white https://www.helpfulgardener.com/forum/ ... 58#p419858

That is not about an individual flower fading, it is the plant putting out white flowers that in a previous year put out blue ones.

If you check the similar topics (at the bottom of the page if you scroll past the ads) on this page and the one I linked to, you will find some more references.

Here's a thread about roses changing color: https://www.helpfulgardener.com/forum/ ... ed#p371805

The most common reason for this is that roses, especially unusual colored ones like that, are grafted on to a hardy rootstock, most frequently red or deep pink. Since the rootstock is used because it is so much stronger and more vigorous than the hybrid, it can kind of take over, especially if the graft union wasn't buried. So now you have the root stock sending up shoots and blooming. If that is allowed to continue, the top rose, the one you wanted, will die.

It is not unusual for roses to "change color." A minor change occurs when cooler weather intensifies pink-to-red shades, or age and hot weather fade them. https://msue.anr.msu.edu/news/why_are_my ... ging_color

Read some of these threads and let us know if any of them sound like what could be happening with your roses.
