Best roses to make rose petal jam with?
Any ideas?

I haven't done it myself but, I would think that using one of the heirloom varieties that still have scent would be best. Just using intuition, I would think that they would have better flavour.
The new cultivars don't have any scent.
Also, is it just the hips that you use or do you use thte petals as well?
