Please help rose dying

I am really worried and need assistance please I had over 300 Rose seeds planted for the past two years only one sprouted the past couple months, and looked really healthy. Once it was getting too big for what I had it in I transplanted to bigger pot. Now my rose is almost dead. I should not have transplanted I guess. What can I do!!??
