Pruning Overgrown Roses
Anyone able to give me some advice? I just moved and out back there are several rose bushes--very thin, overgrown and no sign of any recent blooms. I'm wondering if it's okay to prune them now or should I wait until just before spring. I am in Delaware, U.S. so the worst of winter is yet to come..
