This might be helpful. You can search for Garden Centres at this site. Most good garden centres will have organic fertilizers.

I live in BC and I've even seen it at (dare I say it?) Home depot, most nurseries should carry it but, you have to ask where it is. Sometimes there is a big display but, usually it's hidden amongst all the -Cides.
