Hi everyone,
Really sorry if this has been posted elsewhere but I have these strange bumps on my rose leaves and I have no idea why!
Roses are fully hydrated, no other form of disease or bug attacks. Have tried googling but can not find anything!
If anyone has any ideas or suggestions please let me know!

Too early to tell. Keep an eye for more developments. I do not think it is an insect so I would assume the early start of something like powdery mildew. Just look at the top and bottom every so many days looking for changes. The best way is actually to take a picture of the top and bottom of the same leaves every day that you check... so you can compare the most recent pics with the oldest ones.
