Rose tagged Frederic Mistral, what is it really?

The Frederic Mistral tag is still attached from last year's purchase. The rose acts like a climber, and has these almost single red blossoms. It's certainly not a hybrid tea, and now I will have to move it. Does anyone know what it is :?:

Hello lynn_nord,

I am 99.99% sure the rose you have shown is a, Dr Huey, a rootstock graft which the Frederic Mistral was grafted on it.

The Frederic Mistral had died off and the rootstock took over.

Below is a link for more information.

Hope it helps.
