Bottle of dish soap and water poured into pot

I had my mini rose in the garage. I noticed aphids on them so I made a mixture of dish soap and water to spray on them. Well later I noticed the bottle had fallen into the pot. A few days later I noticed that the buds that had started growing were wilting. I transplanted them, which I was planning on anyway. I removed some of the old soil, added new soil and watered them with some liquid fertilizer. What else can I do?

Dish "soap" is usually detergent, which is not good for plants, especially in large quantities. I wouldn't fertilize until the plant recovers and starts growing again. In the meantime really all you can do is keep flushing lots of water through the soil, to rinse the detergent out.
