Can I save my Tree Rose?

Mi tree rose completely snapped in the middle of the trunk during a snow storm. My question is, will it grow back or should I dig it up? I just recently found out that it was called a "tree rose" so I have no idea what to do now. Please if anyone knows, advise me. Thanks!
