New Dawn, Repeat?

My New Dawn finally covered my pergola this year. Blooms were stunning. Now blooms are finished and leaves look yellow. Doesn't it rebloom? How to revive these for more flowers?

It does but it is not a continuous rebloomer so you may have to wait. And especially now that roses get heat stressed and reduce bloom production until the temperatures come down. You will probably get a few blooms throughout the summer though. If you wish to encourage more production, try deadheading the spent blooms.
