Rose ID?

I've got a fairly large rose growing in my garden right now.
Once upon a time, it was a hybrid tea. Think it was Camelot.
Well, a few years ago, it died back to the root stock.
Last year it came back a little bit. Got a couple feet tall, and had a couple blooms on it.

This year, it has taken off like wildfire.

What I was wondering is, if anyone could tell me what type of rose this is.
I am unfamiliar with roses of this kind.
I am more familiar with teas, bushes, and minis.
Do they bloom multiple times, or just the once per summer?
How hard can I cut it back, and when should I do it?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Looks like Dr. Huey to me. Its a climber that produces very large canes, dark red blooms with yellow stamens once a year; the red blooms fade/change color as they age.
