Flowerpots, I did the slideshow of your garden and it was delightful. I see now why you use the name. :) You doggie is adorable too. I drooled over your orchids and many other flowers as well. Great garden!!

How do you get your rose bushes to be so lush and full of leaves and have great blooms at the same time. Most of the rose bushes around here have few leaves (spring-fall) but have nice blooms this is why I have been hesitant about buying a rose bush.

Well we are into the second month of Spring here, my roses are very early this year as I pruned earlier this year, I feed them every months with either a liquid fert. or a poo pellets, keep well watered and make sure the bugs don't get on them, plus they do love the sun, early Feb/into March here they will start to die back ready for their aunual prune, a must is to dead head all the time, this encourages lots of new growth and blooms. a few pics I took over the weekend.
