Help Identifying a Type of Rose

I have a rose bush that was already at my house when I bought it. It never gave off any roses until this year after I cleaned the weeds out that was choking it. The bush only has two stalks and one is over 3 feet tall. The taller stalk put off 8 roses this year and that caused the stalk to fall over completely. I don't know anything about roses but I do want to learn how to take care of this one. Can anyone give me some help on identifying what kind of rose bush this is and how to prune it to make the whole bush more full? I have pictures if anyone is interested.

Welcome to the forum! :)

Please do post your pictures. It's very difficult to identify a plant based only on a verbal descriptions. You'll find instructions for posting pictures in this post:
