Mail Order Roses

I received several potted mail order knock out roses from Great Garden Plants. I was not happy with the quality and condition that they were in. Has anyone had any dealings with this company? Were you satisfied?

Thank you - I see that many others have had similar issues with GGP - I am going to contact their Customer Service and see how it goes for replacements.
