I recall a rosebush at my childhood home and I'd love to find one to plant at my home. It grew along our front porch, although not overly aggressive. Roses were in clusters of 7-10, possibly double roses about 2" across. Very small thorns everywhere that dug me up whenever I'd cut to put in a vase. They were a very deep pink/fuschia color. This plant grew in western NY and did not receive any care. Possibly very old - this was my grandparents homestead before it became ours. Any suggestions how to start identifying this variety and then how to purchase is much appreciated. Thanks!
