Brand New Rose Standards Wilting

I purchased 2 rose standards "Hot Cocoa" ( Weeks Roses ) approx 1.5 weeks ago, all was looking great until the past few days. I placed them in large TC pots ( left them in their peat containers ), watered them in well and gave them a dose of Bayer All in One ( I could see some rust on the bottom leaves ). We have had cooler temps and some showers the last few days. The standards are in sun for 6+ hours a day ( when the sun is out ). There is good air circulation. The wilt is on the new growth, help help...
